Where do you see yourself in 10 years?: "I hope to have traveled Europe extensively (namely France and Italy), finished grad school and somewhat settled into a career as a nurse anesthesist, and to have see a New York play/musical."

A nurse anesthetist assists in operations under the supervision of the surgeon. A nurse anesthetist reviews reports of the patient's general health and history, interviews patients prior to surgery and selects anesthesia under the supervision of a surgeon. A nurse anesthetist administers anesthesia before and during surgery and monitors patient progress during surgery. Most provide care for patients after surgery during recovery.
